The Grey Water Project’s Earth Day 2021

 Join The Grey Water Project for our 2nd Virtual Earth Day featuring the following events.

 

• Hear from speakers from National Geographic, Water.org and WWF

• Attend a Design Thinking Workshop

• Learn how to install a simple grey water system

• Get inspired by international award winning young scientists and changemakers

• Interested in speaking up for the environment? Join us as a speaker at the Open Mic

• Volunteer at our event

 

The Grey Water Project is also planning an Art Competition open to students 5-18 from all around the world. Based on the theme of Earth Day 2021, Restore Our Earth, students will create visual art.

General Guidelines for the Art Competition:

• Only  artwork inspired by the theme may be submitted.

• An explanation of the project done might be a useful addition when submitting your entry.

• Once you are ready to submit please use the registration button below to submit your entry.

• Use of copyrighted material is prohibited. Plagiarized entries will be disqualified

Accepted forms of visual art include: collages, photographic collages (multiple photos cut/pasted), computer-generated image, crafts, drawing, jewelry, painting,  Upcycled and Reused crafts and jewelry highly encouraged.

Submission Requirements:

• Each entry must be the original work of one student only.

• Dimensions must not exceed 24x30 inches. Upload a photo in JPEG, JPG or PNG below.
